Privacy Policy — PASHA IPTV

1. Data Controller
The entity responsible for the processing of personal data in the context of the "PASHA IPTV" app is:

2. Principle
PASHA IPTV is a player for IPTV playlists (Xtream-Codes protocol and M3U files). The app operates client-side — we do not operate any streaming servers, do not store user profiles on our servers, and do not share usage data with third parties unless explicitly stated in this policy.
3. Locally Stored Data
The following data is stored exclusively on your device (encrypted AsyncStorage / SQLite) and never transmitted to us:
- Playlist credentials (Xtream server URL, username, password) or M3U URL that you enter yourself
- Favorites (channels, movies, series you mark)
- Playback progress ("Continue Watching")
- Language setting and app preferences
- History of recently opened categories / recently watched channels
You can delete this data by uninstalling the app or via Settings → Clear history.
4. Data Transmitted Over the Network
4.1 IPTV provider of your choice
When you add a playlist, the app communicates directly with the IPTV server you configure. Transmitted data: credentials, requested category/channel, and possibly your IP address — all depending on the provider's protocol. This transmission is subject to the privacy policy of your chosen IPTV provider, not ours.
4.2 Local network (QR pairing)
For the "From Phone" feature, the app briefly opens a local HTTP server (port 8888) on your device. Communication happens only within your local Wi-Fi; no data leaves your network.
4.3 App updates
When enabled, the app checks Expo (hosted update service) for new versions. Current app version and device platform are transmitted. No personal data.
4.4 Subscription management (RevenueCat)
For management of the paid annual subscription (see Terms §3), the App uses the service of RevenueCat Inc. (One Market St. Spear Tower, San Francisco CA 94105, USA), a SOC-2-certified platform for mobile subscriptions. Transmitted data:
- an anonymous app user ID (pseudonymous, no real names or email addresses)
- the Google Play or Apple receipt (purchase token) generated by Google/Apple at purchase
- event metadata on the subscription lifecycle: trial start, trial end, billing success/failure, cancellation
RevenueCat validates this receipt against Google/Apple and returns the entitlement status to the App. Use of this service is technically necessary for the "free trial + subscription" feature (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract).

Payment data (credit card, PayPal, etc.) is exclusively processed by Google or Apple — RevenueCat and the Provider never see this data.
5. Advertising / Analytics
The app contains no advertising, no tracking, and no analytics SDK. Advertising IDs (AAID/IDFA) are not read.
6. Children
The app is not specifically aimed at children under 13. For adult content (if your IPTV provider offers such), a PIN can be enabled in the settings.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
To the extent we process personal data (e.g. support emails), you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase ("Right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Data Storage in the EU / Switzerland
Support emails are processed on mail provider servers (location: Switzerland/EU). No further server-side data processing is performed by us.
