Terms of Service — PASHA IPTV
Effective: 2026-04-20
1. Scope
These Terms govern the use of the mobile and TV application "PASHA IPTV" (the "App"), published by [Your name / company name] (the "Provider"). By installing, opening, or using the App, you accept these Terms.
2. Function of the App
PASHA IPTV is a media player for video and audio streams delivered via the Xtream Codes and M3U protocols. The App does not contain or host any content. All playback content originates exclusively from playlists that you configure yourself.
The Provider offers the App as Software-as-a-Service and is not a contract partner of your IPTV provider or the rights holders of the content played.
3. Subscription model (free trial + annual)
3.1 Free trial
New users can try the App free for 7 days. The trial begins upon activation of the subscription in Google Play Store or Apple App Store. During the trial all features are fully available.
Trial activation requires a valid payment method stored with Google or Apple — however, no charge occurs before the 7-day trial ends.
3.2 Annual subscription and automatic renewal
After the 7-day trial, an annual subscription of EUR 9.50 is automatically charged through your Google Play or App Store account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial in your Google Play or App Store settings.
The subscription then automatically renews annually for 12-month periods at the then-applicable price until cancelled. Charge occurs on each renewal date (= 1 year after the last payment date). Google/Apple typically notify you by email 7 days before renewal.
3.3 Cancellation
- Google Play:
play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions→ Pasha IPTV → "Cancel subscription" - Apple App Store: iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pasha IPTV → "Cancel Subscription"
- Alternatively from within the App: Settings → Subscription → "Manage in Google Play"
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access continues during the remaining paid period. Proportional refunds are not granted; Google and Apple decide refund requests on a case-by-case basis under their own policies.
3.4 Payment and receipt
Payment is made exclusively through Google Play or Apple App Store. Google or Apple issues the receipt directly via email. The Provider has no insight into your payment data (credit card, PayPal, etc.) — Google/Apple transmit only a pseudonymous purchase token that enables access in the App.
3.5 Payment failure
If Google/Apple cannot collect the agreed payment (e.g. expired card), they grant a grace period typically 3 to 30 days during which you can update your payment data. The App shows a banner in this phase. If the grace period ends without successful collection, access to the App is suspended until payment succeeds.
3.6 Right of withdrawal (EU / Switzerland)
You generally have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days. Once you begin using the App during the free trial, this right of withdrawal expires under Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive / Art. 40a(3)(i) of the Swiss Code of Obligations, as this is a digital service whose performance you have expressly consented to.
Google's and Apple's statutory refund policies remain unaffected.
3.7 Price changes
The Provider reserves the right to adjust the subscription price for future renewal cycles. Price increases are announced at least 30 days before the next renewal via email (if you have consented) and via an in-app notice. You have the right to cancel before the end of the current period.
4. Your responsibility (content)
You are solely responsible for:
- Holding valid rights or licenses for the playlists you configure.
- Ensuring your usage does not violate copyright, trademark, or other legal provisions in your country.
- Complying with the terms of service of your IPTV provider.
- Not using credentials belonging to third parties without their consent.
The Provider assumes no liability for content played through playlists you have configured and reserves the right to revoke access if the App is used for illegal purposes.
5. Copyright notice
PASHA IPTV is a technical tool. Unauthorised streaming of copyrighted content (e.g. paid channels without a valid subscription) may be a criminal offence in your country. Only use playlists for which you are demonstrably licensed (e.g. your own media library via Jellyfin/Plex, legal IPTV services with valid subscription, freely licensed material).
6. No warranty on content
The App is provided "as is". The Provider makes no warranty as to:
- uninterrupted availability or error-free operation
- compatibility with every IPTV provider or device
- continued availability or quality of streams received through third parties
- integrity or timeliness of EPG data
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for:
- indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profit
- loss of data (make regular backups)
- legal disputes arising from your use of the App with unlicensed content
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
8. Usage rights
You are granted a simple, non-transferable right to use the App on your devices for the duration of your active subscription. Reverse engineering, disassembly or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
9. Suspension / discontinuation
The Provider reserves the right to discontinue individual features or the entire App, in particular:
- in case of abuse or breach of these Terms
- for regulatory reasons
- for technical reasons (e.g. outdated API compatibility)
In case of service discontinuation, a pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of any already paid period.
10. Changes to the Terms
Changes are published at https://pasha-tv.com/terms. Material changes — especially changes to the subscription model — are announced via in-app notice at least 30 days before coming into effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel before they come into effect.
11. Governing law / jurisdiction
The law of the Provider's country applies (see Impressum). Jurisdiction is the Provider's registered seat, to the extent permitted by law. As a consumer, you may also sue at your own domicile where applicable.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
